After months of construction, King David Primary Victory Park has a new foundation phase block with a fully functional computer laboratory.

The block was built to accommodate Grade 1s and 2s. The school has already welcomed smiling faces from the two grades after a lengthy mid-year school break.

King David Victory Park headmaster Rabbi Ricky Seeff puts up the first Mezuzah – a parchment inscribed with religious texts and placed on the doorpost of a Jewish home as a sign of faith.

The building will also act as a learning support building and computer laboratory for the primary school.

The build was made possible by the Kind David Schools Foundation.

The school feels that their new resources have added both aesthetic value as well as educational functionality.

“The school is growing in more ways than just new buildings. The grounds have been nurtured into lawns which serve as safe playing fields for the children and here they learn, play and grow,” said Nirvana Rogers, marketing manager for the school.
